For the past months, I've been reflecting on my journey as an Integrative Nutrition Coach and my purpose: inspiring others to live their happiest and healthiest lives. I truly believe in the ripple effect; when you take action to support your health, you inspire those around you to do the same. But something has weighed on my heart—many people I want to support face barriers, particularly financial, that hold them back from taking this step.
So, I’ve designed something new and accessible: the Thrive Together Program. This six-week journey combines three personalized, online one-on-one sessions with self-awareness exercises and a focus on wellness visioning. Together, we’ll work to identify and shed limiting beliefs, build a positive food relationship, and bring your purpose into alignment with healthier, life-giving habits.

I've always been driven by one of life’s best feelings: truly feeling well and healthy. There were times when I struggled, facing challenges like anxiety, bloating, and other health issues. And while I’ve developed tools that help me feel great today, it was a journey full of learning and growth.
What I’ve come to realize is that health is a continual journey, not a destination. I’m not striving for perfection, because we’re all students in our own lives. But one thing I know for sure is that I’m passionate about helping others feel their best.
